Riyadh Air opens ticket sales for Dhaka-Riyadh flights


Dhaka: Saudi Arabia's new
national carrier, Riyadh Air, has opened ticket sales for its daily direct
flights between Dhaka and Riyadh, with services scheduled to begin on August 7,
expanding air connectivity between Bangladesh and the Kingdom.
The airline said on July
9 that the new route will be operated by its Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners,
providing direct daily services between Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport
(HSIA) in Dhaka and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
According to the
schedule, flight RX0763 will depart Riyadh at 9:20 pm and arrive in Dhaka at
6:10 am the following day. The return flight, RX0764, will leave Dhaka at 7:40 am
and reach Riyadh at 10:55 am all in local time.
Besides offering direct
access to Riyadh, the airline said, the service will provide passengers from
Bangladesh with convenient onward connections to destinations across the Middle
East and Europe through Riyadh Air's expanding network and codeshare
partnerships.
The route will also
support business, tourism, and academic exchanges by improving connectivity
between the two countries, further mentioned Riyadh Air.
Passengers can book
tickets through the Riyadh Air website, mobile application, and authorized
travel agents.
The airline also invited
travelers to join its Sfeer loyalty program, which offers benefits including a
"Best Offer Guarantee," complimentary onboard Wi-Fi and reward points
from the first flight.
