Dhaka : James McDonald has recently taken up the responsibility as the General Manager of Ruposhi Bang-la Hotel. Mc-Donald, a Bri-tish national, possess 18 years of hospitality experience with InterContinental Hotel Group and experience of working in many countries including Germany, England, Austria, Zambia, UAE, Bahrain, Australia, Kenya and Egypt.
Prior joining Ruposhi Bangla Hotel, McDonald was the General Mana-ger of Inter-Continental Regency Bah-rain. He has previous experience in Cairo at InterCon-tinental and Holiday Inn City Stars in the capacity of Food and Beverage Director for 4 years. He also worked in key positions at InterContinental Abu Dhabi, InterContinental Dubai and InterContinental Al Ain.
