  Dhaka Regency declares 20pc cash dividend

Dhaka : Dhaka Regency Hotel and Resort Ltd., a five star new-generation business hotel on Airport Road, which has already built quite a portfolio since it began operation five years ago, held its 5th Annual General Meeting on June 7 at the hotel's elegant Rendezvous Lounge.
The Annual General Meeting was attended by the hotel's directors, shareholders, senior management team.
The AGM approved the hotel's audit report and financial statement for the year 2011, as well as declared cash dividend of 20 per cent per share.
Following the declaration, the Executive Director of Dhaka Regency gave a presentation bringing the hotel's various accomplishments and progress made over the last five years to the attention of the shareholders.
After discussions regarding the hotel's future plans, the meeting was closed following a speech of the hotel's Chairman.
